About IP Fabric

Join a pioneering force in network automation!

At IP Fabric, we enable people to uncover the truth about their networks. Built by network professionals and industry experts, our innovative solutions are transforming how enterprises manage their networks. As a post-Series B company, we're expanding rapidly across Europe, the U.S., and beyond.

About The Role

We’re seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive outcome-based product decisions and ensure our roadmap delivers meaningful customer and business impact. This PM will play a key role in aligning product development with customer needs, compliance requirements, market differentiation, and the effective use of AI in both product management practice and product capabilities.

As a Principal PM, you will lead high-stakes initiatives and help raise standards for the Product Management team, coaching peers and working closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and the Executive team.

This role offers the opportunity to shape product direction at a critical growth stage while influencing how the organisation makes decisions and delivers outcomes. You will gain exposure to a unique mix of networking, compliance, and AI-driven assurance. In addition, you will play a leading role in shaping how AI is applied both to our internal product management practices and to the capabilities we deliver to customers.

What You´ll Do
  • Define and enforce outcome-based criteria for roadmap initiatives.
  • Make tough prioritisation calls and pivot initiatives when value isn’t clear.
  • Partner with VP Product to maintain roadmap discipline and avoid custom one-off features.
  • Work with Engineering, UX, and Sales to align on customer outcomes.
  • Validate solutions early through prototypes, betas, or design partnerships.
  • Act as a senior advocate for customers and partners
  • Establish KPIs to measure whether shipped features deliver intended results.
  • Mentor other PMs to strengthen product management practices across the team.
  • Explore and integrate AI capabilities into product workflows and customer-facing features where relevant.
What You´ll Need
  • Experience: 8+ years in Product Management (B2B SaaS preferred; networking, security, infrastructure, or compliance software strongly valued). At least 1 year as a Principal Product Manager.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated ability to drive outcome-based success and make complex prioritisation decisions in enterprise environments.
  • Mindset: Outcome-driven and pragmatic — able to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in roadmap governance and portfolio management across multiple product areas
    • Proficiency in customer research methods (interviews, JTBD, validation experiments) and translating insights into strategy
    • Data-driven decision making, with the ability to define, track, and act on product KPIs
    • Executive-level communication: capable of building narratives for C-suite, board, and strategic customers
    • Cross-functional leadership: aligning engineering, design, and go-to-market teams around shared outcomes
    • Experience applying AI/ML in product management workflows (e.g., discovery, prioritisation, evidence generation) and in designing or managing AI-enabled product features
    • Experience in building licensing and pricing models for enterprise software products
Benefits & Perks
  • 25 days of paid time off.
  • Anniversary rewards.
  • Full remote setting.

Join us to experience the unique culture of a founder-led startup, where from top to bottom everyone is hands-on and has a chance to make a tangible impact on influential enterprises worldwide. Being part of IP Fabric means being part of a flexible environment that prioritizes work-life balance and growth opportunities.
