Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and execution across Device Posture Service, deviceTRUST, and App Protection.
- Build and deliver features that support context-aware access control, device trust evaluation, and real-time session protection across Citrix CVAD and DaaS environments.
- Define product requirements and partner closely with engineering, security, UX, and platform teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
- Align with Citrix Workspace, CVAD, and Secure Private Access (SPA) teams to ensure seamless, policy-driven security experiences.
- Engage with customers, partners, and field teams to gather feedback, validate use cases, and drive adoption in security-sensitive industries.
- Monitor evolving threat landscapes, compliance mandates, and Zero Trust architectures to inform product direction.
- Define success metrics and use telemetry, customer feedback, and incident patterns to guide continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of product management or equivalent experience, ideally in enterprise security, secure access, or virtualization platforms.
- Deep understanding of virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), secure remote access, and session-based computing models.
- Proven success in leading security-focused product initiatives, including risk-based access, device posture, or session control features.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms, product management in Enterprise technology
- Experience developing or managing contextual access policies, session isolation/hardening, or endpoint compliance checks.
- Strategic thinking with an ability to balance customer requirements, platform constraints, and evolving security practices.
- Comfort engaging directly with CTOs, enterprise architects, and platform teams to influence design and adoption.
