Impact You'll Make:
We are seeking a Principal, Strategy and Planning for our Global Solutions organization, reporting into the Sr. Director, Strategy and Planning. TransUnion is experiencing significant expansion with entry into new vertical markets, key acquisitions, and new product growth initiatives as well as meaningful internal change as we enhance our operating model. The Global Solutions Strategy and Planning team collaborates with senior leaders across multiple global lines of business and cross-functional partners to develop business plans and design and execute strategy for existing and emerging products.
The Global Solutions team is a dynamic team of individuals with diverse backgrounds working on some of the most cutting-edge, transformative projects for TransUnion. You will have visibility across all of Global Solutions and will have the unique opportunity to work on key organizational initiatives. This individual will be an integral part of our overall product management, commercial success, and global planning efforts. (S)he will proactively partner with Global Solutions leadership and team members, as well as cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Global Operations, Technology, Data and Analytics, Human Resources, Marketing) to perform integral functions for the Global Solutions team.
- Be the Solutions SME and owner of key initiatives for corporate transformations as they impact Global Solutions
- Advance Solutions analytics rigor through the design, cross-functional alignment, and implementation of various types of Solution-level reporting
- Provide project/program management expertise to key strategic initiatives to convert those strategies into actionable tactics
- Coordinate the creation and cross-functional alignment of the Global Solutions three-year plan
- Monitor and report on Solutions teams' investment needs, their use of approved funding, and the expected and actual ROI of those investments
- Provide support and thought partnership to the Solutions S&P leaders
- Promote learning and sharing of best practices across Solutions groups
- Drive and support diverse ad-hoc projects as they arise utilizing your financial, strategy, project management, and communications skills
- Synthesize content from across Global Solutions into concise messages for executive audiences
- Influence without authority across multiple team initiatives and leaders
- Proactively identify areas to drive improvement across Global Solutions and opportunities for better alignment and coordination of initiatives

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Benefits:

Pay Scale Information :The U.S. base salary range for this position is $150,100.00 - $225,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
