Ecolab is searching for a driven Process & Control Improvement Specialist for future opportunities within our Finance Team in Pune, India.
The Process & Control Improvement Specialist is responsible for data reporting uploads and variences verification of reports provided by third party stakeholders, which includes applying the standard format, performing data analysis and report submission.

What You Will Do:
-
Upload, process and post reporting data into the SAP system
-
Effectively manages the processes to consistently deliver timely high-quality results that meet or exceed service levels
-
Demonstrate urgency to resolve issues, escalate them when needed
-
Solve ad-hoc issues and escalate work order discrepancies
-
Demonstrate understanding of importance and follow team controls
-
Act as a process expert to other departments of Ecolab
-
Suggest procedural changes to improve productivity
-
Test system when needed
-
Contribute with personal input to data controls and procedures
-
Work closely with multiple departments to gather data information and coordinate process flow
-
Ensure proper information flow between all stakeholders in the process
-
Drive process improvements
-
Support implementation of process improvements based on VBA, Python
-
Maintain existing automations operational
Minimum Qualifications:
-
4+ years of relevant professional experience, with analysis and problem-solving skills
-
Degree in finance, accounting, business or a related area or equivalent professional experience
-
Previous experience in international environment
-
Advanced Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook and Access
-
Knowledge of SAP with clear understanding of financial processes
-
Strong command of English in speaking and writing
-
VBA Scripting and Python programming language knowledge at operational level
