Job Summary
As a Process Improvement Manager within the Process Optimization team, you are expected to lead a team handling end to end development and delivery of intelligent Solutions. You are expected to review/ guide team to review business processes and identify opportunities for automation. You will lead the team developing solutions IA tools like UiPath , Alteryx etc, conduct end-to-end testing of the solution and managing any post-go-live issues, all while adhering to the governance framework throughout the project lifecycle. You are expected to collaborate effectively with both business and technology teams to achieve desired outcomes.
Job responsibilities
- Manage end to end of Intelligent Automation solutions using different languages and development tools like UiPath, Python, Alteryx, Xceptor, Tableau, VBA, .Net, SQL and SharePoint
- Provide recommendations on feasibility in terms of required applications, technology and effort.
- Look at ways and guide team to shorten the overall project lifecycle
- Own end-to-end project lifecycle
- Collaborate and coordinate engagement & governance framework with different stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Deliver productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, efficiency to the business through automated solutions.
- Demonstrate leadership and drive innovation by successfully managing the projects and guiding the team
- Report/escalate all potential issues in a timely manner, track and report status of Intelligent Automation projects within Payments Operations.
- Exhibit Excellent communication skills and demonstrate self-learning attitude by enhancing their knowledge on latest technologies and industry best practices.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrable experience as a Project manager using Robotic technologies, particularly with UiPath and/ or any other technologies
- Strong understanding in developing and amending automation code, testing and ensuring everything has been done for go-live
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert within the Robotic Process Automation Development and technologies, especially around UiPath
- Excellent problem solving skills and interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills
- Strong capability to recommend innovative solutions to as is processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Leadership skills in governing, managing projects delivery and people
- Ability to navigate through the challenges and complete the project successfully
- Open to learn new technologies
- Drive projects and team with innovation mindset
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Master's degree preferred
- 10 years of overall experience including development and managing automation solutions using cutting edge technologies like UiPath, Python, Alteryx, Xceptor, Tableau, VBA, .Net, SQL and SharePoint; Additionally, expertise in software development frameworks and object-oriented programming techniques is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience
