Position Details -
Role – Business Analyst
Role description - As a BA and UAT Lead one has to act as a crucial bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, defining requirements and verifying software solutions meet business needs before go-live. One has to plan UAT, create test scripts, manage defects and secure sign - off .
Location – Pune
Total Experience – 7-12 years
Relevant BA Experience – 5+ years
Domain competency – KYC
Key Skills – Fenergo preferred or any other KYC platform like Pega, Actimize, Appian, oracle etc.,
ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities –
- Requirements and Design :Translating business needs into functional requirements (BRD/FRD) and User stories
- UAT planning and Execution: Develop test scenarios/test Cases. test data creation and facilitating end user testing
- Coordination: Acting as liaison between development teams and business users to resolve defects
- Data validation: Performing backend data validation and verifying data migration integrity
