- Lead governance of significant quality defects identified within Certified Snapshots and production environments.
- Drive prioritization, escalation, ownership, and resolution processes for critical quality issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and corrective action programs.
- Ensure customer-reported issues and operational incidents are effectively contained, tracked, and resolved.
- Develop quality performance reporting and executive visibility into manufacturing and production quality risks.
- Monitor defect trends, recurring issues, certification outcomes, and corrective action effectiveness.
- Partner with system owners and engineering teams to strengthen preventative quality controls and error detection capabilities.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives that reduce defect recurrence and improve production stability.

- Significant experience in quality engineering, operational excellence, manufacturing systems, data production, or large-scale software environments.
- Proven success leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA), corrective action, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience managing production issues, operational incidents, or quality programs in complex environments.
- Knowledge of quality governance frameworks, incident management practices, and operational risk management.
- Strong capabilities in Quality Management Systems, CAPA/PCA methodologies, and data quality processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across technical and business functions.
- Strong analytical thinking and executive communication capabilities.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to driving sustainable quality improvements
