- Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements
- Provides objective evidence of results
- Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring. Identifies and documents discrepancies
- Segregates and controls non-conforming items
- Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance
- Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification
- Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality or experience in a regulated industry
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Level C: 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality or experience in a regulated industry
- Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading, specification, change, design)
- Experience with verifying routine product conformance to design requirements
- Experience working with/in Common Manufacturing Execution Systems (CMES)
- Experience operating Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMM)
- Experience identifying non-conformances
- PC DMIS or Spatial Analyzer experience
