Job Summary
As an Associate, Product Manager at JPMorganChase within the Commercial & Investment Bank, Liquidity and Account Solutions, you will support the ongoing delivery, commercial growth, and product management of Virtual Account Management, a cash management solution that helps clients structure and view account activity across multiple levels. You will focus on data mining and analytical work that supports product reporting objectives and drives client-facing reporting enhancements. You will partner with stakeholders across product, technology, operations, sales, implementation, and client service to support delivery execution, implementation readiness, and issue management. You will contribute to documentation and enablement materials that improve product adoption and consistent execution.
Clients increasingly expect simpler, automated reporting across complex international structures and payment activity. This role supports enhancements that help clients rationalize account structures, centralize operating models, and improve efficiency in account and liquidity management. You will translate performance data and user feedback into insights, requirements, and measurable outcomes, while coordinating with regional partners across a global footprint. You will also support front-office partners throughout the client lifecycle, including inquiry handling and escalation support.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze client usage and performance data to generate insights that inform product priorities, reporting enhancements, and measurable business outcomes.
- Manage defined analytics and reporting initiatives from concept through requirements gathering, delivery coordination, and post-release validation.
- Document clear business requirements and success measures, ensuring traceability from client needs to delivered functionality.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery activities with technology and operations partners to support timely and quality releases.
- Monitor key performance indicators and trends to identify emerging usage, balance, and revenue patterns and escalate insights to product leadership.
- Support go-to-market readiness by preparing launch materials, enablement content, and follow-ups to validate adoption and product performance.
- Partner with sales coverage, implementation, and client service teams to refine use cases, metrics, and client narratives that support product growth.
- Advise internal stakeholders on solution details to support smooth implementations and effective responses to client inquiries or escalations.
- Maintain product documentation and best practices, sharing updates through established channels and contributing to periodic training.
- Identify risks, issues, and control gaps, track remediation actions, and participate in post-implementation reviews to strengthen product governance.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
- 3+ years of experience in cash management, liquidity, or treasury-related product management, product delivery, or product implementation within a complex organization.
- Demonstrated experience delivering data mining or analytical initiatives that informed product decisions, client outcomes, or measurable business impact.
- Experience analyzing data and translating findings into stakeholder-ready outputs (for example, written summaries, reporting packs, or dashboards).
- Experience documenting business requirements and coordinating delivery with technology and operations teams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, implementation, client service, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and legal stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including translating discussions into decisions, actions, risks, and issues.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, track actions to closure, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience supporting digital cash management channels, client reporting tools, or reporting product enhancements.
- Familiarity with payments and reporting standards (including ISO 20022, MT, and BAI2).
- Experience using reporting and data tools (for example, Business Objects or Microsoft Access).
- Experience building automated reporting solutions (for example, Excel macros or comparable automation).
- Experience operating within a global product team across multiple regions and time zones.
- Experience supporting formal launch readiness routines and post-release performance reviews.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed (frequency to be confirmed).
