Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and user-focused Product Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, and other cross-functional teams to understand user needs, translate business requirements into effective design solutions, and deliver high-quality digital products.
The candidate should have strong expertise in user research, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and design systems, with a focus on usability, accessibility, and consistent user experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end product design lifecycle, from understanding user requirements and conducting research to delivering final design solutions.
- Conduct user research, user interviews, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify user needs and pain points.
- Translate business requirements and user insights into user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, design patterns, and UI guidelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX researchers, business analysts, and engineering teams to deliver user-centric solutions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation and maintain consistency between design and production.
- Use user feedback, analytics, and usability testing results to continuously improve product experiences.
- Apply responsive design principles and accessibility standards to create inclusive digital experiences.
- Present design concepts, explain design decisions, and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
- Manage multiple design initiatives and deliver high-quality designs within agreed timelines.
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or in a similar product design role.
- Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and design systems.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
- Experience creating user journeys, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Knowledge of responsive web design, mobile-first design, and cross-platform user experiences.
- Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback into design improvements.
- Understanding of design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI patterns.
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines, including WCAG, and usability best practices.
- Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams in an agile environment.
- Experience designing enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or complex business workflows.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, FigJam, or similar tools.
- Understanding of product analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven design decisions.
- Experience designing AI-powered products, dashboards, or data-intensive interfaces.
- Knowledge of design handoff tools and developer collaboration workflows.
