Key Responsibilities
● Translate product requirements into clean, modern, and human-centric UI/UX flows that
prioritize ease, clarity, and empathy for healthcare users.
● Improve and maintain Align, Steer Health’s design system: ensuring scalability,
consistency, and accessibility across all digital touchpoints.
● Apply accessibility-by-default design principles (WCAG practices, contrast, keyboard
navigation, screen-reader support, clear hierarchy).
● Create high-fidelity screens, design components, and prototypes for web + mobile, tablet
products.
● Improve and maintain Steer Health’s design system (Align) with scalable, reusable
components.
● Contribute strong visual direction in typography, layout, iconography, color systems,
micro-interactions.
● Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure feasible, high-quality
implementation.
● Conduct quick user tests, iterate on feedback, and ensure design decisions align with
business goals.
● Support product marketing visuals when required (dashboards, screens, imagery)
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for SaaS or digital products.
● Strong portfolio showcasing clean UI, visual design strength, and problem-solving ability.
● Proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping).
● Understanding of design systems, responsive layouts, and accessibility principles.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver polished output on tight timelines.
