Job Summary
As an Executive Director Product Owner in the Card Account Management Product, you lead a product management team and own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a portfolio of Credit Card products. You partner closely with engineering, architecture, and go to market teams to deliver secure, reliable, and customer focused capabilities. You use data and customer feedback to prioritize what we build, measure success, and continuously improve what we ship.
Job responsibilities
• Define and communicate a clear product vision and multi year strategy aligned to business goals
• Lead portfolio roadmaps and prioritization based on customer value, risk, and business impact
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through launch and ongoing optimization
• Partner with engineering and architecture to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient solutions
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners to gather feedback and validate priorities
• Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and tradeoffs to senior stakeholders and executives
• Establish and track key performance indicators to evaluate product health and impact
• Use metrics and customer insights to drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes
• Ensure products meet quality standards and applicable regulatory and compliance requirements
• Coach, develop, and retain a high performing product management team
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Seven or more years of product management experience, including leading product teams
• Proven track record delivering high impact products from concept to launch
• Strong knowledge of payments and transaction processing, including customer needs and market trends
• Demonstrated ability to set strategy and execute through clear roadmaps and priorities
• Experience partnering with engineering and architecture teams in a modern product delivery model
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics, strong analytical and problem solving skills, using data to drive decisions
• Experience defining and managing product success measures and outcomes, ability to lead in ambiguity and manage multiple priorities across a portfolio
• Experience working in an agile environment and using product management tools
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Master of Business Administration or other advanced degree
• Experience building or modernizing large scale payment platforms or transaction processing systems
• Experience in regulated environments with strong risk and control practices
• Demonstrated success driving product innovation through customer discovery and experimentation
• Experience hiring, developing, and scaling product organizations
