As a Product Director, Transactions Details & Search at JPMorganChase within Consumer & Community Bank's Channels Experiences unit, you will own the end-to-end strategy and delivery for transactions search and transaction details experiences across web and mobile channels. You will establish a shared transaction management foundation that enables consistent, high-performing customer experiences in critical moments. You will partner closely with engineering, architecture, design, and operations leaders to deliver platform enhancements and measurable customer and business outcomes. You will define success metrics, monitor experience and platform health, and drive continuous improvement through insight-led prioritization.
This role is a platform product leadership position focused on scaling consistent transaction search and details capabilities across multiple digital surfaces and partner teams. You will balance near-term delivery with longer-term platform strategy, ensuring patterns, standards, and reusable components are clear and adopted. The role requires strong stakeholder leadership, comfort operating with senior executives, and a track record of guiding teams through complex trade-offs. You will help reduce avoidable service contacts by improving discoverability, clarity, and self-service outcomes. You will also contribute to team operating mechanisms and talent development to sustain delivery quality.
Job responsibilities
- Oversees the Transactions Details & Search roadmap, vision, development, execution, and risk management
- Drives and manages multiple stakeholder partnerships end-to-end – from ideation and value story through refinement, design, delivery, and progress of wins and post-mortem learnings
- Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives
- Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve objectives
- Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation
- Provide direction, energy, and momentum to a driven team of product managers, including broader leadership of the Digital Channels – Core Experience India site
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 10+ years of experience delivering digital products, technology platforms, or customer-facing applications.
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end product lifecycle execution (discovery, definition, delivery, and continuous improvement).
- Experience leading platform or shared capability products used by multiple teams or channels.
- Proven ability to define measurable outcomes and manage product performance using data and analytics.
- Strong partnership experience with engineering, architecture, and design leaders to deliver complex solutions.
- Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams through clear communication and decision-making.
- Experience managing delivery across multiple workstreams, including dependencies, risks, and post-launch evaluation.
- Demonstrated people leadership, including coaching and developing product managers.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in digital transaction servicing, self-service experiences, or high-volume customer journeys.
- Knowledge of financial services digital experiences and customer expectations.
- Familiarity with personalization, search, and content or data-driven experience optimization.
- Experience improving operational outcomes such as reducing avoidable service contacts through better digital experiences.
- Experience leading teams across locations or managing site-based leadership responsibilities.
