As a Senior Associate in the Client Information team, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our client data systems while contributing to the development of new digital products and services. You will be responsible for story mapping to understand end-to-end processes, facilitating deep dives to identify problem statements, and building out story maps from which requirements can be derived. You will document outcomes that translate into Epics and Stories, manage the prioritization of the product backlog, and take ownership of overseeing the implementation and velocity of these stories. Additionally, you will collaborate to identify cross-product dependencies, eliminate blockers, and ensure timely delivery.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery/story mapping sessions to understand and document end-to-end processes for new digital products and services.
- Facilitate deep dives with stakeholders to identify and articulate problem statements related to digital experiences.
- Develop comprehensive story maps to derive requirements and document outcomes for digital initiatives.
- Translate outcomes into Epics and Stories for implementation, focusing on enhancing digital client experiences.
- Designing Business Process Modeling (BPM) and Business Decision Modeling (BDM).
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with business goals and digital strategy.
- Take ownership and accountability for overseeing the implementation of stories and ensuring timely delivery of digital solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cross-product dependencies and eliminate blockers.
- Monitor and report on the velocity of implementation and make adjustments as needed to support digital product development.
- Adapt communication to effectively convey information to senior leads and provide detailed guidance to product user communities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in digital product management and agile methodologies.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 6+ years of experience in Product management, data management, or a related role, with a focus on digital products.
- Proven experience with story mapping and agile methodologies.
- Strong facilitation skills for conducting deep dives and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficient in Business Process Modeling (BPM) and Business Decision Modeling (BDM).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for senior leads and provide detailed information for product user communities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies and eliminate blockers.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Previous working experience in client service or operations supporting functions for Institutional and Private Banking (IPB).
- Experience or qualification in working with agile methodologies/principles.
- Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in Institutional and Private Banking.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to client data management and digital products.
