Credo AI is a venture-backed company on a mission to empower organizations to responsibly build, adopt, procure and use AI at scale. Credo AI has built a pioneering platform for context-driven AI governance, AI risk assessment and compliance (to regulations like the EU AI Act and standards like NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001 etc) to ensure compliant, fair, and auditable development and use of AI. Our goal is to move responsible AI development from an “ethical” choice to an obvious one-by ensuring AI’s benefits are universally accessible while addressing the full spectrum of its risks. We aim to do this both by making it easier for organizations to integrate responsible AI Governance practices into their AI development and by collaborating with regulators/policymakers to set up appropriate ecosystem incentives. Founded in 2020, Credo AI has been recognized as a one of the Most Innovative Companies of 2024 by Fast Company, a Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum, named to the CBInsights' AI 100 List and World's Most Promising Startups list, and included in Fast Company’s Next Big Thing in Tech and Intelligent Applications Top 40 by Madrona, Goldman Sachs, Microsoft and Pitchbook.
About the Role
Credo AI is building the Trust Operating System for AI—the platform that enables enterprises to govern AI systems responsibly, from generative to agentic. Our customers include global enterprises who rely on us to manage AI risk, ensure compliance with regulations like the EU AI Act, and operationalize responsible AI at scale.
As a Series A company preparing for our next phase of growth, and we're looking for a Product Manager to own the enterprise platform infrastructure that makes everything else possible.
As the Product Manager for Credo AI's Enterprise Platform, you will define and deliver the core capabilities that power all of Credo AI's products and enable us to serve the world's largest organizations.
Our platform already serves global enterprises with complex identity requirements, strict data isolation needs, and cross-functional teams collaborating on AI governance. As AI governance scales—more use cases, more agents, more systems under management—the platform needs to scale with it. You'll own the infrastructure that makes this possible.
Key areas of ownership:
Enterprise Admin & IT — SSO, SCIM provisioning, audit logs, and the admin tooling that IT teams require before deploying any enterprise SaaS product. You'll make Credo AI easy to deploy, manage, and trust at scale.
Identity & Permissions — RBAC, granular access controls, and data-scoped visibility. You'll ensure the right people see the right AI systems and governance data—critical in environments where governance spans business units, geographies, and risk profiles.
Multi-Tenancy & Data Isolation — Tenant architecture, customer data separation, and environment management. You'll own the infrastructure that enables secure, scalable enterprise deployments without per-customer engineering effort.
Dashboards & Governance Insights — Reporting infrastructure, governance posture dashboards, and executive-ready visualizations. You'll own the widget framework, drill-down patterns, filtering, and export capabilities that make governance data useful for compliance leads, risk officers, and executives. Different personas need different views of the same underlying data—you'll define how that surfaces.
Collaboration Primitives — Notifications, tasks, comments, and @mentions—the shared interaction patterns that power cross-functional governance workflows across compliance, legal, engineering, and business teams.
Define platform vision and long-term roadmap, ensuring it meets the needs of:
Internal product teams building AI Assist, Risk Assessment, and Compliance features
Enterprise customers requiring secure multi-tenant deployments, complex security controls, and auditability
Governance stakeholders across the organization—from daily power users to infrequent reviewers and external auditors—who need the right information at the right time
Our scaling infrastructure needs as AI governance expands across more use cases, agents, and systems under management
Drive platform alignment across teams, shaping shared systems that:
Accelerate development velocity by reducing duplicated effort
Improve product consistency and reduce cognitive load for users
Enable new product capabilities without requiring platform rearchitecture
Act as DRI for key platform-related business metrics, including:
Enterprise readiness: SSO/SCIM adoption, RBAC coverage, audit log completeness
Platform scale & reliability: performance and uptime for largest customer deployments
Data isolation integrity: tenant separation, security compliance, environment management
Governance insights adoption: dashboard usage, reporting coverage across personas, export/integration with external BI tools
Internal leverage: reduction in bespoke implementations, time-to-ship for new features using platform primitives
Partner cross-functionally across Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Security to define and deliver seamless platform experiences that serve both internal teams and external customers.
Required:
5+ years of product management experience, with significant time in platform, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS
Track record owning horizontal platform capabilities (identity, permissions, multi-tenancy, admin tooling, or reporting/dashboards) that serve multiple product surfaces
Deep understanding of enterprise IT requirements: SSO/SAML/OIDC, SCIM provisioning, RBAC patterns, audit logging, and compliance controls
Experience defining and shipping platform primitives that internal teams build on—with a clear POV on where to standardize vs. where to stay flexible
Strong cross-functional leadership: you've driven alignment across engineering, design, and GTM when building shared infrastructure
Outcome-driven: you prioritize based on value delivered (adoption, reliability, scale) not features shipped
AI fluency and willingness to learn
Preferred:
Experience at a Series A–C company navigating ambiguity and resource constraints
Background in GRC, compliance, or security tooling where enterprise readiness is table stakes
Experience building reporting or dashboard infrastructure that serves multiple personas with different data needs and engagement patterns
Technical background or ability to engage deeply with engineering on architecture decisions (data isolation models, tenancy patterns, permission systems)
Experience scaling a platform from early enterprise customers to hundreds of deployments
Familiarity with collaboration patterns in enterprise products (notifications, tasks, workflows), particularly for stakeholders with infrequent or external access
While this is a remote role and we're a fully distributed team, we routinely meet up in-person. We support individual members to coordinate in-person coworking whenever possible, and organize company-wide offsites multiple times a year. At Credo AI we value diversity, equity, and inclusion as core principles in our work environment, and the development of our product offerings, and we have implemented initiatives to foster and support these values.
