The Integrations Product Manager owns the day-to-day execution of Weave’s integrations roadmap with a strong emphasis on collaboration with engineering and a strong discipline for executing on the roadmap. You will translate strategy into clear, technically grounded epics and user stories, maintain a rigorously prioritized backlog, and drive sprint outcomes for integrations that power our core product across dental, veterinary, and new verticals. This position is based in India and reports to the Group Product Manager of Integrations back in the US. The focus is delivery velocity, technical clarity, and cross-team alignment. While there will be ample opportunities for ideation within a problem & opportunity space, this role will focus more on the technical aspects of integrations product management at Weave.
What You Will OwnRoadmap execution: Convert product strategy into well-scoped epics/stories with acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes; sequence work to hit release milestones.
Backlog and scope management: Maintain a continuously prioritized backlog; define achievable sprint scope; guard against scope creep; make tradeoffs visible.
Requirements and technical clarity: Write technically precise stories tied to customer/business outcomes; proactively clarify edge cases, data contracts, and dependencies.
Engineering collaboration: Partner daily with India-based engineering teams; run ceremonies (planning, standup, demo, retro); surface/remove blockers quickly.
Integration quality and beta management: Coordinate integration betas, validate data flows, manage issue triage, and confirm readiness criteria before GA.
Status, risk, and stakeholder visibility: Publish progress, risks, and mitigation plans across Product, Engineering, CS, Partnerships, and leadership.
Operational ownership: Maintain the source of truth for ~100 integrations’ availability, methods, and status to protect churn and ensure reliable interoperability.
Experience: 3+ years in product management or adjacent roles (technical PM, program management, solutions engineering) within SaaS.
Integrations fluency: Practical experience with client/server patterns and APIs (SOAP, REST, GraphQL, XML/JSON), auth, rate limits, retries, and data mapping which drive exceptional customer outcomes.
Delivery discipline: Demonstrated success driving multi-sprint execution, managing cross-team dependencies, and landing releases on time.
Analytical aptitude: Comfort with data to size issues, monitor usage, and validate outcomes (support metrics, backlog analytics, Pendo, dashboards).
Communication: Clear written requirements and crisp stakeholder updates; able to translate technical constraints for non-technical audiences.
Tools: Familiarity with Linear/Jira, Postman, IDE/logs for light troubleshooting, Slack, Google Workspace, Figma (for inspect), Azure VMs, and AI tools.
Collaboration across time zones: Experience working effectively with distributed teams, including both product and engineering teams both in India and the US.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred (CS, Engineering, Information Systems), or equivalent experience.
Strong technical acumen: A former software engineer interested in product roles or a strong project manager background is preferred for this role.
Technical curiosity: You enjoy digging into APIs, schemas, and logs to unblock teams and refine stories.
Integration troubleshooting: You can trace data end-to-end, spot contract mismatches, and propose pragmatic fixes.
Champion of the people: You know how to influence others and win them to your side (or settle on compromise) without compromising genuine connections you build professionally. Working to gain & maintain trust in this role is crucial, both within product and engineering.
Coordination across timezones: You are willing to work into the first three US business hours per day to ensure that no bottlenecks are introduced and that collaboration between India teams and US teams flows smoothly.
Customer advocacy through data: You instinctively check support tickets, usage patterns, and error rates to understand the “why” and quantify impact.
Calm under pressure: You keep delivery steady and communication clear when priorities shift or issues spike.
Bridge-builder: You earn trust with engineering while keeping Product, CS, Partnerships, and Finance aligned on decisions and tradeoffs.
