Job Description:
Netomi is seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager to join our Innovation Team, focusing on designing and developing cutting-edge features that align with the company’s overall objectives. In this role, you will drive the creation of advanced product features powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI technologies, while ensuring they fit seamlessly into Netomi’s broader product strategy. Requirements for these features may originate from large enterprise customers, and the ideal candidate will have the ability to refine and develop these needs in line with the company’s overall vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Collaboration: Engage with large enterprise clients to understand their unique business requirements and challenges, translating them into LLM-powered solutions.
- Product Strategy: Align client-specific needs with Netomi’s overall product vision, identifying opportunities to leverage LLM technologies to drive value.
- Feature Development (LLMs): Lead the ideation, design, and development of innovative product features powered by LLM and AI technologies, working with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, design).
- Internal Projects: Manage internal innovation initiatives, including proof-of-concept and pilot projects that enhance the product’s AI capabilities.
- Project Management: Oversee projects from conception to delivery, ensuring that new features meet client requirements and align with product timelines.
- Innovation & Experimentation: Champion the exploration and experimentation of new AI/LLM approaches, driving the creation of novel features and optimization processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to keep all parties informed of project progress, timelines, and key performance metrics.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitive offerings in AI, LLM, and related technologies, ensuring Netomi stays ahead of the innovation curve.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 4-6 years of product management experience. Experience in AI, machine learning, or LLM-powered products is an added advantage.
- Strong experience working with large enterprise clients to manage complex requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, driving LLM-powered products from ideation to delivery.
- Strong project management skills, ideally with experience in agile development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and influence stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering innovation.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AI, machine learning, or chatbot technologies is a significant plus.
- Background in innovation management, with a proven passion for developing and experimenting with new ideas.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and related AI technologies.
- Hands-on experience with LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI, GPT, BERT) and familiarity with applying these technologies in enterprise solutions.
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, with an emphasis on AI-driven product enhancements.
