Responsibilities:
- Support the Product Marketing team with day-to-day research, coordination, and execution across a variety of projects.
- Help build HighLevel’s Marketing Analytics Reports by gathering, organizing, and validating data, industry benchmarks, and supporting research.
- Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry research to support product marketing initiatives.
- Assist with customer education projects, including researching and organizing information that helps customers better understand HighLevel products and features.
- Support product launches, campaigns, presentations, and other team initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong research and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, data, and quantitative information.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Curiosity about marketing, technology, SaaS, and how businesses grow.
- A willingness to learn, take feedback, and work across a variety of projects.
- Ability to manage assignments independently and follow through on deadlines.
- Familiarity with AI tools, Google Workspace, or other marketing tools is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
- Previous professional experience is not required. Relevant coursework, academic projects, internships, or personal projects are welcome.
