Job Description:

• Regular and Ad-hoc Connects with Stakeholders for Requirement Elicitation and Documentation for all the PI planning.

• Getting Requirement Sign-off, clarifying open items and committing to Scope and Providing Detailed overview to Team on the business Needs, Vision and PI Goals or any specific project requirement

• Getting Client Feedback on In Progress items for any change in scope, Issues or Workflows and providing Regular status updates on the progress to evaluate Risk and Providing Inputs/Suggestions to stakeholders by analysing existing patterns that can be used For Development and E2E Delivery

• Providing Shared requirement and Status documents across Stakeholders in Projects with Evolving Requirements to avoid Redundancy and missing requirements keeping it collaborative and transparent in terms of Scope, Commitment and Measure of Progress.

• Formulates client requirements into written form and transforms them into specifications and development user stories.

• Interacts with product managers and/or users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.

• Write functional and technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.

• Build user stories for development team based on requirements from stakeholders.

• Work on source to target mapping documents and helping to identify bottleneck of complex requirements and converting into transformations.

What are you bringing?

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Background in wealth and retirement, banking, insurance preferred. • Conduct regular scrum ceremonies and involve team to participate in all meetings.

• Closely work with stakeholders and get priorities of project and plan the planning and implementation along with development team members.

• Handling multiple ad hoc requests and informing stakeholders and de-prioritizing planned deliveries.

• Involve on database request activities like sample query execution on databases and helping to upstream team on required data.

Skills:

Must Have

• Stakeholder Management

• Data engineering/warehouse concepts

• Strong SQL and database knowledge

• Strong communication skills and excellent client-facing skills

• Strong analytical skills

• Scrum ceremonies

• Project management tools like JIRA, FIGMA, MIRO etc.

Nice to Have

• Any certifications related to project management

• ETL and Data related concepts Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent

• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and learn new processes and technologies quickly.

• Previous experience in the Financial Services Industry, specifically as related to defined contribution and define benefits administration. Competencies

• Excellent communicator – ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion.

• Attention to detail – track record of authoring high quality documentation.

• Organized approach – manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements.

• Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team.
