The Product Owner is responsible for translating business and customer needs into clear, actionable requirements for Agile teams. In partnership with Product Management, Engineering, SMEs, and Architects, this role refines features into User Stories, prioritizes the team backlog, and ensures delivery aligns to release and Program Increment (PI) commitments. The Product Owner champions product value, quality, and adherence to Clario delivery processes throughout the development lifecycle.

What You’ll Do
- Refine Features into clear, testable User Stories with acceptance criteria
- Prioritize and maintain the team backlog (Stories, Defects, Enablers)
- Ensure requirements are captured and traceable within ALM tooling
- Support estimation, sequencing, and PI/Sprint planning activities
- Align backlog to business priorities in partnership with Product Management
- Collaborating with Architects and Engineering to validate feasibility and dependencies
- Serve as liaison between Product Management, SMEs, and Agile teams
- Participate in PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and system demos
- Demonstrate completed work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback loops
- Support defect resolution and maintain release readiness
- Contribute to delivery metrics and reporting in coordination with RTE and Engineering
- Provide visibility into delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments
- Support release coordination across business and technology stakeholders
- Align to Clario delivery standards, tooling, and processes
What You Bring
- 3+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in software delivery
- Experience defining and managing product requirements within Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe)
- Strong backlog management and prioritization capability
- Ability to translate business/customer needs into technical requirements
- Experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams
- Familiarity with DevOps/CI/CD practices and ALM tools
- Strong facilitation, decision-making, and stakeholder alignment skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Product certifications (e.g., CSPO, PSPO, SAFe, IIBA) considered a plus
- Hybrid work arrangement with on-site presence in Budapest
