Product Ownership

Core Responsibilities
Backlog Management: Own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure it reflects current customer and business needs.
Vision & Strategy: Define the product vision and create a roadmap, aligning it with business goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the liaison between stakeholders, customers, and the development team to ensure, expectations are met.
Requirement Definition: Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Sprint Planning & Execution: Participate in daily standups and approve product increments to ensure quality.
