We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, large-scale technology programs involving multiple projects, teams, technologies, and business stakeholders.
The Program Manager will be responsible for program strategy, planning, execution, governance, delivery, risk management, financial management, stakeholder communication, and business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing enterprise transformation programs across areas such as AI/ML, Data, Cloud, Application Modernization, Digital Transformation, and Technology Platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise technology programs.
- Define program objectives, scope, roadmap, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Translate business strategy into an executable program delivery plan.
- Establish program governance, operating model, roles, responsibilities, and decision-making mechanisms.
- Manage multiple interdependent projects and workstreams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including:
- Engineering
- Product
- Architecture
- Data
- AI/ML
- QA
- DevOps
- Security
- Infrastructure
- Business Operations
- Own program-level schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions.
- Ensure delivery remains aligned with scope, timeline, budget, quality, and business outcomes.
- Establish program governance forums and conduct regular steering committee meetings.
- Provide executive-level reporting on program health, progress, risks, financials, and dependencies.
- Identify delivery risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage cross-team and cross-functional dependencies.
- Resolve escalated issues and remove organizational blockers.
- Drive effective communication across business and technology stakeholders.
- Manage third-party vendors, partners, and system integrators where applicable.
- Establish and monitor program KPIs, OKRs, milestones, and delivery metrics.
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and financial controls.
- Support capacity planning and workforce/resource strategy.
- Drive organizational change and adoption associated with major transformation initiatives.
- Ensure program deliverables meet enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and quality standards.
- Lead post-implementation reviews and ensure lessons learned are incorporated into future programs.
- Promote continuous improvement in program delivery processes and governance.

Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
