Pune - India
The R&D Program Management team is seeking a program manager to drive on-time releases. You will facilitate the development and the releases of at least one product. This is a fast-paced role in a highly technical, global environment. This is a hybrid role, with time split between working from home and being in our Pune office. Due to the international nature of the company, many meetings occur between 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. IST, and there is occasional need to attend meetings that run later. This job opportunity would be a good fit for candidates with excellent communication skills who can coordinate and drive multiple complex projects.
Core Responsibilities
· Ensure all required release activities are on time, on track, and accounted for through our documented release workflows
· Keep stakeholders up to date on multiple releases
· Organize and run cross-functional status meetings with efficiency
· Communicate with stakeholders to escalate and remove impediments and manage risk
· Own the processes for your products and be willing to assist others as necessary
· Coordinate planning activities and the documentation of process changes
· Lead change management processes and activities to ensure timely decisions
· Backup or run at least one non-release project or program
Your Day-to-Day
· Monitor Jira issues and enforce Jira standards
· Facilitate conversations and workshops, both planned and ad hoc
· Generate and share meeting notes, including key decisions, action items, and escalations
· Ensure action items from meetings are tracked to closure
· Report on project and release statuses
· Enforce cross-functional processes
· Maintain all necessary documentation

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Total 10+ years of experience
4+ years working with Jira and Confluence or equivalent
· Experience with release and project management
· Experience working with software development teams and management
Preferred Qualifications
· 2+ years as a Jira Administrator
· PMP certification or equivalent
· Experience with Agile project management or Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban
