In this Role
As a Program Manager within a newly formed Service Management and Execution organization, you will help shape and operationalize programs that directly support customer health, cloud and AI innovation, and usage optimization. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across business areas to lead initiatives, create high-impact deliverables, remove execution blockers, and contribute to an evolving customer success strategy. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and execute cross-functional programs focused on customer health, AI/cloud innovation, and service adoption.
Own and deliver program documentation, business cases, and presentation materials for leadership and stakeholder engagement.
Analyze trends, identify operational improvements, and support pilot programs to validate new approaches.
Collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, support, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and progress.
Proactively identify blockers, provide solutions, and facilitate efficient decision-making across teams.
Support both proactive (strategic planning) and reactive (issue resolution) customer engagement efforts.
Drive and support change management initiatives to embed new practices within the organization.
2–4 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a customer-facing or technology-related environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.
Experience creating structured and visually compelling documentation and presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, or other collaboration tools).
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work on time.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communications, Technology, or related discipline).
Program management certifications such as PMP or PMI are a plus.
Experience working in a global, matrixed environment or large-scale enterprise settings.
Familiarity with cloud services, AI initiatives, or customer success functions is beneficial.
Track record of identifying and driving productivity or operational improvements.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $900,000 - $95,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
