As a Program Manager in the People Team, you'll deliver high-impact programs that shape Atlassian's People strategy. You'll work cross-functionally to drive outcomes, manage risks, and continuously improve our processes.
Responsibilities
- Program Management: Deliver complex projects across the People Team, proactively managing delivery risks, dependencies, and outcomes
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve milestones, manage communications, and address downstream impacts
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues, escalating as needed to ensure program success.
- Reporting & Communication: Develop progress updates, to secure create alignment with stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: implement process improvements & optimisations to deliver efficiencies by building scalable solutions that leverage automation and AI
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. 7+ years of program management experience, including 3+ years in People, HR, or Operations programs.
- Excellent program management skills with the ability to plan, organise, and prioritise multiple tasks and projects.
- Ability to independently manage & prioritise multiple projects with different stakeholder groups
- Delivery-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in using Jira & Confluence
- Agile / PMP Certification
