About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Program Manager to support some of our existing product lines as well as contribute to some 0-to-1 products. In this position, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that support both new and existing products, ensuring they meet organizational goals and customer needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to guide product priorities. Analyze findings to identify opportunities and shape strategy.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams. Facilitate alignment to drive seamless execution of initiatives.
- Plan and manage project timeline and resources. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and scalability. Evaluate existing workflows and implement improvement measures.
- Identify risks early and propose mitigation strategies. Coordinate with stakeholders to address challenges effectively.
- Track project performance metrics and recommend improvements. Use data-driven insights to optimize outcomes.
- Communicate progress and insights to all stakeholders. Provide regular updates to maintain transparency and alignment.
- Actively identify automation and process improvement opportunities in existing processes
