Job Description
Job related competencies
Intermediate level of expertise in Integrated Architecture, Component and Architecture Class Standard Drives, Drive Migration/Upgradation.
Intermediate level of expertise in Industry Knowledge (Metal Processing Lines -CGL/CCL/Slitter/Rewinding Line etc. Coordinated Drive systems, Caster, Blast Furnace, Hot Rolling Mill), Application Knowledge, Training Skills, and basic understanding of Project Management, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety).
AC and DC drive selection based on Motor load and application,
Good Working Knowledge of AC/DC drives based on application like Metal Processing Line etc.
Major Commissioning experience on PLC & Drives.
Technical Knowledge on Electrical Switchgear selection, Part selection for a drive/Servo application for starters and drives like Fuse, Contactor, Choke etc.
Different Electrical Standard knowledge like NEMA, IEC, UL508 will be an added advantage.
