Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and platforms.
- Gain product knowledge and domain expertise in AI-driven solutions and their lifecycle.
- Assist in reengineering processes to integrate AI capabilities in correlation with business needs.
- Support evaluation of business processes, conduct requirements analysis, uncover areas for improvement, develop and implement AI solutions.
- Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs, serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
- Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
- Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to guide developers and project teams.
- Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements to project managers, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
- Participate in QA of AI solutions to ensure features and functions are optimized.
- Develop skills in business reengineering, large data handling, and problem-solving with keen attention to detail.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 10 years of experience, including 5 years in business analysis or AI product management, in a financial industry.
- Interest and understanding of project management techniques and business analysis.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Advanced technical, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Knowledge of interaction between products and AI applications.
- Proven track record in driving medium to large-sized projects with strong results.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Knowledge of AI/ML systems and platforms is an advantage.
