Project Manager - AI

We are seeking an experienced AI Project Manager / Scrum Master with 10+ years of experience managing AI, Generative AI, Digital Transformation, and enterprise software delivery programs. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Agile delivery, velocity tracking, sprint planning, project governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and proactive issue resolution. This role requires strong leadership capabilities to drive execution across cross-functional teams while ensuring predictable delivery outcomes.

·       Lead AI and enterprise software delivery programs using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

·       Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

·       Track velocity, sprint burndown, release metrics, and overall delivery health.

·       Create and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and roadmaps.

·       Proactively identify, track, mitigate, and escalate risks, issues, and blockers.

·       Coordinate activities across business, architecture, infrastructure, QA, and development teams.

·       Drive stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and status governance.

·       Ensure alignment of scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

·       Facilitate decision-making and remove impediments impacting delivery.

·       Support AI modernization, automation, and transformation initiatives.

AI & Technology Delivery

·       Experience managing AI/ML or Generative AI projects [MUST HAVE]

·       Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, AI platforms, LLMs, or enterprise AI solutions [GOOD TO HAVE]

·       Experience managing cloud and modernization programs [MUST HAVE]

Tools & Platforms

·       JIRA and Confluence [MUST HAVE]

·       Azure DevOps (ADO) [MUST HAVE]

·       Microsoft Project / Smartsheet / equivalent planning tools [MUST HAVE]

PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification [GOOD TO HAVE].
