The focus of Confirmations team is to issue and execute OTC Legal Documents with the clients in a timely manner. The team is required to understand the fundamentals of the product and underlying instruments and business strategy and to continually improve control infrastructure to meet regulatory requirements and maintain control.
As a Project Manager - Associate within the Confirmations team, you will focus on issuing and executing OTC Legal Documents with clients in a timely manner. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality Thunderhead/SmartDX templates across OTC Derivatives and Structured Securitization products. You will manage Thunderhead/SmartDX releases, conduct UAT testing, and interact with stakeholders to gather business requirements. Your role will involve writing specifications, conducting gap analysis, and performing MIS reporting. You will promote project initiatives to increase efficiency and ensure timely delivery with agreed levels of quality.

Job Responsibilities:
- Designing, building, and maintaining high-quality Thunderhead/SmartDX templates across OTC Derivatives and Structured Securitization products.
- Managing Thunderhead/SmartDX release and conducting regression testing.
- Performing UAT testing on linked applications impacting Thunderhead/SmartDX templates.
- Interacting with stakeholders for business requirements at all stages of the development lifecycle.
- Writing specifications, conducting gap analysis, and gathering requirements.
- Reporting MIS and performing analysis
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Flexible with shifts timings.
- Cross Asset FX/Derivatives experience in a global financial institution, in a mix of business and technical capacities
- Prioritizing work loads in a multi-client environment where demand exceeds supply.
- Control mindset to identify process control gaps, prioritize & mitigate operational risk
- Attention to detail.
- Proactive in problem solving and developing solutions
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Experience in a Thunderhead AD / SMART DX Developer role, preferable.
- Technical Experience in XML/XSLT, SQL, Java Scripting, Unix/Linux, WordML and VBA, preferable.
- Understanding and practical experience of front to back business processes in OTC & Securitized derivative products preferable.
- Documentation regulatory (EMIR, CFTC) reporting awareness, preferable.
