Broadridge is hiring! We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role will be remote initially. This individual will ensure appropriate communication amongst the entire project team and stakeholders. You will have a strong understanding of the customer's business and marketing requirements and lead assigned implementation team projects ensuring the quality of deliverables are met on time and within established budget.
Work-Mode: This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.
Job Responsibilities:
- Tracking of overall integration deliverables/status, risks, and issues, across 15+ integration work streams, through close collaboration with each of the workstream leads
- Leading weekly meetings with workstreams leads to monitor progress and resolve issues
- Creation of overall integration program dashboard for weekly meetings and monthly Executive Steering Committee meetings
- Leading and/or participating in monthly executive steering committee meetings
- Defining and executing on processes & deliverables for the integration program management office
- Driving of results with integration teams by managing timelines and deliverables closely, and following up to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Budget tracking / reporting if required
- Integration project resource management
- Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies project problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Ensures that project is completed on-time according to the stated specifications and within budgeted costs. Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.

Qualifications:
- Preferably someone with at least 10 years of project management experience with large, complex initiatives that involve multiple senior stakeholders
- Experience with merger/acquisition integration projects is a plus
- Strong organization and presentation skills is a must. The project manager will need to create all the dashboards for status reporting as well as executive presentations for the business and functional leadership
- Ability to accommodate European working hours (several of the workstream leads will be based in Western or Eastern Europe).
- Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines
- Applies understanding of how the team relates to other closely related areas to improve efficiency of own team
- Uses judgment to identify and resolve day-to-day technical and operational
Hourly range $70- 75/hr
