Role Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven Project Management experience to continue growing their career in financial services.
You might be a Financial Services professional with 2 years experience who has previously worked as a Project Manager. A background in Compliance is advantageous.
Full and detailed training will be provided
Skills and Experience
Plan and manage end-to-end project lifecycle - including defining scope, setting milestones, resource planning, and delivering outcomes on time and within budget.
Support cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, communication, and collaboration across departments and stakeholders.
Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring adherence to quality standards, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
Engage with clients and stakeholders regularly to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with project deliverables.
Manage project documentation including reports, plans, schedules, budgets, and change control processes.
Identify and resolve project issues proactively, escalating risks and dependencies to senior leadership when necessary.
