To help accelerate our growth and pace of delivery, we are looking for talented Project Manager to help spearhead the overall look and feel of our features and services.
We are looking for a Project Manager with expertise in private health insurance and experience in managing vendor operations within the EOR industry. In this role, you will be responsible for benchmarking benefits across countries, standardizing internal and external knowledge, building SOPs, and reporting on revenue and margins related to private health insurance. You will play a critical role in improving client experiences, ensuring operational scalability, and supporting strategic decision-making through data and process excellence.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead end-to-end projects related to private health insurance — from vendor onboarding to pricing and margin analysis.
- Benchmark and optimize local and global insurance benefits to maintain competitive positioning.
- Create and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and documentation to drive consistency across teams.
- Manage vendor relationships: performance reviews, negotiations, and contract renewals.
- Oversee billing, invoicing, and reconciliation with insurance providers.
- Analyze data on revenue, margins, and utilization to inform pricing and business decisions.
- Partner with Legal, Product, and Client Services to ensure compliance and excellent delivery.
- Drive process automation by identifying pain points and collaborating with the Product team.
What you’ll need:
- 3–5 years in project or operations management, ideally within SaaS, HRTech, or insurance/EOR.
- Strong understanding of private health insurance frameworks across multiple regions.
- Proven experience in vendor sourcing and management.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel; familiarity with Confluence, Jira, Zendesk, or Airtable is a plus.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working across remote, cross-functional teams.
