Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead strategic initiatives within the supply chain domain. This role is pivotal in driving project execution aligned with the product roadmap and organizational goals. You will collaborate closely with Capability Owners (CO), Product Owners (PO), and Business Analysts (BAs) to ensure seamless delivery, effective communication, and continuous improvement across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Delivery Management
- Track delivery progress in alignment with the product roadmap.
- Develop and maintain integrated project and release plans using tools like MS Project and JIRA.
- Apply network management principles including Critical Path, Crashing, Slack, and Float to optimize project timelines.
Scope & Risk Management
- Ensure strict adherence to defined scope, priorities, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks to prevent scope creep.
- Own and maintain the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log and ensure timely resolution.
Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
- Provide regular updates to PMO governance forums including RAID reviews and Portfolio Execution Reviews.
- Deliver clear and concise project-level updates to key stakeholders.
Agile & Scrum Leadership
- Act as Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and promoting Agile best practices.
- Support backlog grooming and sprint planning in collaboration with PO and BAs.
- Maintain backlog health for 2–3 sprints ahead.
Resource & Team Management
- Capture and review resource requirements with CO and PO.
- Support onboarding of new team members (BA/PO/PM).
- Maintain a database of impacted user groups within capability areas.
Operational Excellence
- Participate in sprint events to monitor progress and identify risks.
- Collaborate with PO and BAs to prepare and manage user stories and sprint backlogs.
- Proactively identify and remove roadblocks to ensure backlog readiness.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in project management within the supply chain domain (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or Production Planning).
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum Master responsibilities.
- Strong technical understanding of digital platforms and tools.
- Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and other project management tools.
