Project manager with experience of transferring operational capability off-shore as well as driving the implementation of a new target operating model. The successful candidate will need to:

Develop and manage a detailed delivery plan, including identification of delivery resources required

Manage the key activity workstreams required to support the delivery plan

Develop and agree reporting requirements, and use this to monitor and report upon the key activities, milestones and dependencies impacting the plan

Manage the key assumptions and dependencies underpinning the plan

Manage the delivery risks relating to the plan

Monitor and manage the resource plan and costs for the project
-
Ensure agreed governance for the programme is followed in line with the agreed structure

Prepare a detailed activity schedule for any subsequent project phases

Manage deliveries within the UK relating to business platform transitions in addition to projects related to operational efficiency improvement
