Key role responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external resources for execution of projects
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
- Lead and facilitate the definition of project scopes, objectives, schedule, and technical requirements to ensure technical and fiscal feasibility
- Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to facilitate the development of new products and systems using an Agile Hybrid process
- Plan allocation and ensure resource availability and allocation for effective project execution
- Monitor and track project deliverables to ensure successful completion of short and long-term objectives
- Report and escalate issues and roadblocks to stakeholders and management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and notes
- Participate in development of processes and identifying best practices
qualifications and experience
Required
- 3 – 5 Years of related experience
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Software Development, or related discipline
- Formal training in project management including stage gate, Agile/Scrum, and hybrid methodologies
- Experience in project management software including, particularly Jira®
- Technical aptitude, analytical skills, and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional team work and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, with ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Preferred
- Project management certifications (CSM, PSM, PMP, or similar)
- Experience in leading new product development projects and software development projects through to production release
- Experience with Agile Hybrid project management methodologies
- Experience with leading change management
- Experience working with diverse teams spanning multiple geographies
