The Role: The Project Manager (Scrum Master) will be responsible for ensuring that a Scrum team functions effectively within the Agile framework.
Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a servant leader and coach for one or more agile teams.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives and backlog refinement meetings.
• Ensure team adherence to Agile/Scrum practices and values.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and accountability.
• Support Product Owner in backlog grooming, planning, and prioritization.
• Monitor sprint progress and help the team meet delivery goals.
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback, metrics, and agile retrospectives.
• Act as a change agent for agile transformation and scaling efforts (e.g., SAFe).
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to improve agile practices across teams.
• Utilize agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) for tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:
Required:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I/II).
• Experience working with tools like Jira, Wiki etc.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in a scaled agile environment (SAFe).
• Background in software development or technical project management.
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
