Own and drive customer implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and stabilization. Create and maintain project plans, manage risks/issues and dependencies, coordinate UAT and testing, communicate with clients and internal stakeholders, and handover to support teams. Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and distributed teams to ensure enterprise SaaS implementations meet requirements.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of customer implementation projects, overseeing the process from kickoff to go-live and the stabilization phase.
- Create and update project plans, including timelines, milestones, and dependency management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and coordination, providing status updates, monitoring progress, and resolving issues.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Analysts, Technical Implementation Specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and priorities.
- Monitor implementation progress, identify risks and issues, manage dependencies, and escalate concerns proactively when needed.
- Organize and coordinate functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and activities to prepare for go-live.
- Verify that all requirements are fully implemented, tested, and validated before the go-live date.
- Provide support during the post go-live stabilization period and facilitate a seamless handover to support teams.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Delivery Management, Implementation Management, or Project Management roles.
- Proven expertise in managing enterprise-level, customer-facing product implementations.
- Exceptional communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Solid foundation in project management principles, including planning, tracking, and managing risks and issues.
- Ability to comprehend product workflows and business processes to effectively address functional inquiries.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with the US healthcare domain, including areas such as Prior Authorization (PA), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Claims, Eligibility, and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Background in SaaS or enterprise software implementation projects.
- Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
