Job Summary
- Manage project execution across GRC initiatives and other internal business projects as needed.
- Drive project productivity by identifying blockers, maintaining momentum, and ensuring timely follow-through.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, technical teams, and business partners to align priorities and deliverables.
- Use project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms to organize work and track progress.
- Support ticketing and service management workflows using tools such as Freshservice, ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or similar systems.
- Serve as a technical project management partner for technology implementation and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain clear project documentation, calendars, meeting notes, timelines, action items, and status updates.
- Help evaluate opportunities to apply AI tools or AI-enabled processes to improve project execution and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
- Technical project management experience supporting technology implementation or process improvement projects.
- Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Experience with ticketing or service management tools such as Freshservice, ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or similar systems.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to keep workstreams moving and stakeholders accountable.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, calendaring, and day-to-day business productivity tools.
- Interest in AI tools, AI-enabled workflows, and practical applications of AI in project management.
- PMP certification preferred but not required
