The Project Planner will monitor project processes, standardize operations, and support users on tool implementations, ensuring project goals and customer expectations are met.

Our Exciting Opportunity:We are now looking for a Project Planner to work with the Total PM securing that project goals are met, customer's expectations are fulfilled, and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.
You will:1. Monitor and drive adherence to processes, their improvement and ensure that they run as per expectations when combined with the available tools & automation.
These processes will be on project mgmt and tools will be for project rollout, finances and other related requirements.
Scope of tools will be both internal and customer's.
2. Drive standardization in processes, data points and reports.
3. Educate users on the expectations for the processes and tools, and support them on queries as well as resolution of issues.
These users will be from all circles and the central team.
4. Identify and support for opportunities and use cases for reports/dashboards and automation, getting them developed and made available for the users working with automation development team, documenting their benefits.
5. Support in adopting new initiatives on processes and tools.
6. Interface and coordinate with units outside of Operations, like Market Area, Global, Sourcing, Finance.
To be successful in the role you must have:Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or any other stream with relevant experience is eligible to apply.
Min years of experience: (7-10 Years)
Domain experience: Relevant experience in Telecom domain.
Additional Requirements:Good exposure to Project management, Rollout, Field experience, project finances, Ericsson tools
