Role • Proposal Manager Responsibilities • Self-starter with an ability to identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision skills required • Review requirements & placing the initial bids · Maximizing the win rate through appropriate and timely engagement of sales, commercial and subject matter experts in the bid process • Translate complex problems and issues into clear and compelling message. Ability to create high quality content through the opportunity cycle • Manage the contribution process, take ownership of all components including the executive summary, solution integration and commercials leveraging a variety of corporate tools and strategies. • Engage with the pursuit team strategically. Encourage and lead the team to consider all aspects of the client’s position and draw out essential messaging. • Edit highly technical content and add clarity and professional polish without changing the meaning. • Work with graphic design professionals to develop creative designs that enhance our written and verbal messages. • Take the ownership of quality, maintaining a quality checklist to ensure 100% quality on all documents. Apply brand and legal compliance standards to both proposals and presentations. • Work closely with the solution team and other corporate functions including HR, Legal, QMG and finance to ensure a high quality and differentiated proposal docket is available for all discussions with the client as part of the pursuit cycle.
