Position Summary:
Redaptive is looking for a self-motivated, passionate, and collaborative Proposal Operations Associate to work closely with our growing team based in the US & India. The Proposal Operations Associate will collaborate with the Delivery Engineering, Data Analytics, and Go to Market (Sales) team.Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop financial models based on pricing and engineering inputs from vendors
Create spreadsheets templates for energy conservation measures
Evaluate contract documents and proposal summaries with an attention to detail
Collaborate with cross functional teams in India and US to develop sales pitch for clients
Review and analyse data from Salesforce or any CRM platform
Required Abilities and Skills:
Intermediate excel skills-Pivot Tables, Creating Charts, conditional formatting, basic formula functions
Ability to identify key financial assumptions and trends that would impact future results
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and documentation skills to collaborate with cross-functional global teams.
Ability to create PowerPoint presentations
Self-starter that can work independently and within a team
Self-motivated and independent; strong interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
2+ years of relevant experience in financial modeling, project structuring or data analysis.
Travel:
This role does not involve any international travel.
