You will collaborate with senior management, sales, client management, and subject matter experts to craft tailored proposals that incorporate bid strategy, specific client benefits, organizational positioning, and supporting messages. This role offers the opportunity to work across a widespread geographic region, understand cultural nuances, and engage with a diverse team to promote the deal process and provide consultative input.

Job Responsibilities
- Create best-in-class proposals for the Americas region as the main focus, and for other regions as required.
- Manage proposals and relationship documents, utilizing excellent written communication skills.
- Project manage multiple documents with different stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Review and analyze proposal needs to determine key project requirements and construct tailored materials that correspond to the client's needs.
- Generate initial drafts using the content knowledge base and other sources, and coordinate with subject matter experts to solicit timely input.
- Interface with management and sales staff to ensure proposals meet client/prospect requirements and reflect bid strategy.
- Drive the deal process, providing consultative input and direction toward completion, while proactively identifying risks and red flags that may derail the project.
- Incorporate all information from multiple stakeholders and synthesize it into a presentable, professional, and competitive proposal aligned with firm branding.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts and the content manager to update the central knowledge base as responses are created, developed, and enhanced.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal clients across a widespread geographic region, understanding cultural nuances, including language requirements, and engaging effectively with the Regional Proposal Manager to provide updates on regional activity.
- Represent the best interests of Securities Services and the Sales Enablement Group as your first goal in any interaction.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Solid background in writing sales documents, understanding importance of key messages and unique selling points.
- Demonstrate understanding of the securities services industry and associated products.
- Strong project management skills and stakeholder management with the ability to manage tight schedules.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, can engage and influence partners and stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Knowledge and experience with Qvidian and SalesForce preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationship with team members across the globe on various tasks and special projects.
- Self-starter with sound judgment and ability to operate independently and apply initiative.
- Advanced degree or post-graduate diploma, preferred but not required.
