Work Mode: Hybrid (2 Days Work from Kurla (Mumbai))
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop software solutions to problems in the financial research domain ranging from processing large volumes of data, algorithms and approaches for developing insightful analysis.
- Work with different functional groups to get a better understanding of the challenges involved and devise optimized solutions.
- Research, design and write new software programs and develop existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas for modification.
- Excellent programming skills
- Should have worked as a full stack developer.
- Strong in JavaScript programming & responsive web design and in-depth knowledge of available user interface libraries and frameworks.
- Knowledge of cross browser and cross platform UI development
Job Description:
- Should be able to create solutions involving large amounts of data for complex analytical problems.
- Work in a fast-paced agile development.
- Passion to develop software that is highly optimized for:
- Speed, building customized algorithms / approaches.
- Scale, leveraging hardware extensibility including cloud resources.
- Network usage, minimizing the amount of data that needs to be shipped around.
- Should be able to write unit test cases & automated test cases.
- The ability to write optimized queries will be a plus.
- Engage with the product team to figure out the requirements and create mock-ups for the same.
- Design and implement features as per requirements.
- Experience with modern programming languages - Python.
- Experience with web application frameworks like Angular, React etc.
- Experience with infrastructure automation technologies like Docker etc.
Qualifications Required:
- We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, has a BE / B.Tech from premier institutes with a first class academic track record, and is familiar with the following software/tools:
- Experience with modern programming languages - Python.
- Experience with web application framework like Angular, React etc.
