- Problem Solving: Analyze complex technical issues, troubleshoot effectively, and provide innovative solutions.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Mentorship & Guidance: Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering their technical growth and ensuring the team's overall success.
- Technical Strategy: Contribute to the technical vision and strategy for our Python-based applications and API integrations.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in Python applications and API integrations.

Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in Python development.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of developers.
- Significant experience designing, developing, and integrating with various types of APIs.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Python: Deep understanding of Python syntax, data structures, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency with Python Frameworks: Experience with one or more popular Python web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
- API Development & Integration: Strong understanding of API concepts, protocols (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), and data formats (JSON, XML). Experience with API development tools and testing.
- Database Knowledge: Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Version Control: Proficient with Git and related workflows.
- Testing: Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
- CI/CD: Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Cloud Technologies (Preferred): Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Containerization (Preferred): Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
