The Python QA Developer will create and maintain efficient code, design low-latency applications, and integrate frontend and backend systems while ensuring quality through testing and best practices.
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Write reusable, modular, efficient code.
- Design and develop low-latency, high-availability applications.
- Integrate backend applications with front-end (user-facing) HTML/CSS.
- Well-versed in web development and testing (best practices), unit testing, source control, continuous integration, automated testing, design patterns, etc.
- Collaborate with other developers, testers, engineers located onsite & offsite.
- Integrate third-party platforms into our technology stack via API development adhering to best practices.
- Contribute to technical solutions and requirements definition, solve complex problems by contributing to analysis and development of technical solutions.
- Meet regularly with stakeholders to provide status updates, reports on the development and discuss project/product objectives and time frames.
- Program in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, MySQL, PHP, Python, and other web development languages.
- Develop software solutions by studying requirements analysis and information needs; conferring with stakeholders and IT Management; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes
- Perform software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions
- Design, develop and maintain key components of the software suite using classic ASP, Microsoft.Net and SharePoint Server
- Implementation of SharePoint-based workflows as well as development of dashboards
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code

- Familiar with troubleshooting and resolving cross-platform/browser issues, performance optimization and other aspects of managing web server platforms.
- PHP, Python, CSS3, HTML5, JS
- Knowledge of Django framework.
- Responsive web design, code management.
- Solid foundation in QA processes.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects on tight deadlines and accustomed to a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SharePoint Designer, Office 365, Dropbox, Outlook shared folders.
- Experience as a SharePoint Developer in the analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of web-based applications.
- Experience with SharePoint application services framework including implementation and configuration.
