Your key responsibilities
- Scrum Master Duties:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the team follows Agile practices and principles.
- Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Quality Assurance (QA):
- Understand and analyse requirements to create detailed test scenarios.
- Execute test cases and help in regression testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs.
- Business Analysis (BA):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
- Assist in creating and maintaining product backlogs.
- DevOps and Release Management:
- Contribute to environment stability and manage change requests.
- Assist in release planning and execution.
- Ensure smooth deployment and integration of new releases.
- Team Collaboration:
- Promote open communication and transparency within the team.
- Encourage team members to share knowledge and support each other.
- Facilitate effective collaboration between cross-functional teams.
- Act as a liaison between the development team and other stakeholders.
- Support team members in their professional growth and development.
Your skills and experience
- Experience:
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in QA, BA, and DevOps roles.
- Quality Assurance (QA):
- Strong experience in QA, including creating test scenarios and executing test cases.
- Ability to identify, document, and track bugs effectively.
- Business Analysis (BA):
- Proven ability to perform BA tasks, including requirement gathering and documentation.
- Experience in translating business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
- Scrum Master:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL queries to query data.
- Experience with Python/Java scripting/Java and Cucumber framework/Selenium.
- DevOps:
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- General:
- Excellent logical and analytical skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly understand and build end-to-end system knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
