Interface.ai provides an Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) to FIs to automate calls and customer inquiries across multiple channels and engage their customers with financial insights and upsell/cross-sell. Our IVA is transforming financial institutions’ call centers from a cost to a revenue center.
Our core technology is built 100% in-house with several breakthroughs in Natural Language Understanding. Our parser is built based on zero-shot learning that helps us to launch industry-specific IVA that can achieve over 90% accuracy on Day-1. We are 160+ people strong with employees spread across India and US locations. QA Engineer III is a technical individual contributor role at Interface.ai.
In this role you would have the opportunity to build test strategies, planning and execution. Also, you would have an opportunity to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
What qualities are we looking for?
- Should have 5-10 years’ experience relevant experience in quality engineering and basic Test automation skills.
- Graduate in Engineering or equivalent.
- Should have strong understanding of testing methodologies
- Ability to understand system architecture/Design
- Should have hands-on experience in Java, Rest Assured, Selenium, TestNG.
- Should have a good understanding of databases and DB queries
- Should have good debugging skills
- Should have an experience in any scripting language
- Good to have experience in performance testing
- Good knowledge on chatbots and voice bots is highly desirable
What will you get to do here?
- Own Product features, client implementations functionally and technically E2E from test perspective
- Perform all test execution based on functional and non-functional user stories or requirements.
- Maintain QA Automation frameworks and test cases, both UI and API.
- Collaborates with other stakeholders on the development of best practices that provide continuous integration and delivery.
- Bring in best industry practices in testing
- Design and maintenance of test strategies and test cases, including test data.
- Works with Product Owners and Development Leads to triage bugs and manage the bug backlog.
- Negotiate with team members/Stakeholders to determine which bugs will be addressed/fixed as part of a sprint iteration.
- Works closely with PgM, Development and Product Management teams to ensure release schedules through scope control, test design validation and pragmatic, results-oriented technical decisions.
