We're Looking For:
Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
Core Skills: Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience in both Manual Testing and Automation Testing is a must.
Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with automation frameworks like Selenium or Cypress.
API Testing: Proficiency with API testing tools like Postman, Ready API etc.
Bug Tracking: Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA and test management tools.
Analytical Mindset: An analytical mind, strong problem-solving skills, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Test Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for our web applications.
Manual & Automation: Perform a mix of manual and automated testing to ensure thorough test coverage and identify defects early in the development cycle.
Automation Frameworks: Design, build, and maintain automation scripts using frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, etc
API Testing: Conduct rigorous API testing to ensure the stability and correctness of backend services using tools like Postman.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements, reproduce bugs, and ensure issues are resolved.
Good to Have:
Experience in REST Assured Framework
Experience in testing web application
Good understanding of Windows and Linux environments
Knowledge in SQL.
Knowledge on BDD, Git or CI/CD etc.
