QA Technical Lead

The role focuses on ensuring high quality and reliability of PTC Windchill Workgroup Manager (MCAD), the key integration layer between Windchill PLM and Mechanical CAD tools such as NX, SolidWorks, Inventor, and AutoCAD.

• Test end‑to‑end Windchill–MCAD integrations.
• Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and product managers to support high‑quality and timely product releases.
• Create and execute test plans and test cases across functional, integration, and regression scenarios.
• Assess product quality, identify risks and issues, and provide clear feedback balancing quality and delivery timelines.
• Develop and maintain automated test cases to improve regression coverage.
• Validate customer‑reported issues and qualify fixes in maintenance releases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering with excellent academics.(Mechanical or related field preferred).
• 4–7 years of experience with strong core engineering fundamentals and hands‑on proficiency in Mechanical CAD tools such as Siemens NX, CATIA, Creo, and Autodesk Inventor, with exposure to Software Quality Assurance in PLM or CAD‑related products.
• Exposure to PTC Windchill PLM / Workgroup Manager is desirable.
• Understanding of PLM/PDM concepts such as lifecycle, revisions, workspaces, and change management.
• Exposure to test automation, scripting, or Java is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
